  • All custom designs will include all file types (AI, PDF & PNG).

  • We require a 50% non-refundable deposit that must be paid before we start on your design to secure your booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer or Paypal. The remaining payment is required before sending over your completed designs/package and final files are delivered to you via a dropbox link.

  • When booking in with us you will be given a rough completion date. Turnaround times can vary depending on our workload and what your design consists of. We offer changes within the first 24 hours after sending over the finalised designs, however any further or major changes will be made at a sub-charge (a new concept does not count as an amendment).

So, here’s how it works…

ONBOARDING

To begin our journey you will make an enquiry with us. We will then contact you either through Instagram or by email to get the ball rolling. From here we are able to learn about your business and goals. We will now provide you with a quote. Once this is accepted, you will make a 50% deposit to secure your design slot!

DESIGN

Next we will have a look over your Pinterest board and have a chat about your business and your initial ideas. We will discuss your design direction and the overall personality of your brand. Now you can leave it in our hands to create your dream branding. We will be back in touch in the next coming days with your first drafts for you to review!


LAUNCH!

After a few tweaks here and there, your package will be completed and the remaining 50% of the package will be required before the final files are sent over. Now all you have to do now is sit back and wait for the high-resolution files to appear in your inbox. Now you’re all set - Go ahead and start using your new branding!
